Which is why I spent years creating, tweaking, researching, and trying spreadsheet after spreadsheet, different charts, bullet journals - all the things - until I finally created a working system. It is a lightweight, minimal design, organized in a Google sheet so it is accessible by anyone, anywhere. Let’s take a look at what’s inside

Year-at-a-Glance

01

Begin your year by setting your year and month.  All other calendars will update to match.

What does this mean for you?

That each year you can make a copy of your original file set the date and start planning.

You will not have to purchase a new planner year-after-year to get the updated calendar spreads.

02

attendance tracker

If you need to keep attendance (or just like to!) the digital version will tally days automatically.

03

Curriculum Tracker

The Curriculum Tracker allows you to set the date you want to finish your curriculum by.  Then, as the year progresses, and you update completed lessons, the sheet will tabulate how many lessons you need to finish per week to stay on track.

05

special pages

The planner includes several types of special pages: Goals, Benchmarks, Reading Logs, Important Dates- two different layouts, Cleaning Schedule, Loop Schedule guide and planner, and an assignment sheet (that can be printed for kids daily).

06

monthly spreads

Each month is formatted for two page printing.  This gives you plenty of room to work. Easy to work with, easy to plan with,

07

weekly family planner

The Weekly Family Planner page is one of my favorites. I like to see it all in one place.  On this layout you can put multiple kids' work in one tab.  It is easy to customize until it is paid out perfectly for your needs.

08

weekly student planner

This spread is designed for individual student use.  You will set the start date - which does not have to be a Monday if you prefer for your week to start or end on a different day.  This is particularly useful for kids in co-ops who may want their co-op day to be the start or end of their week.
